Subscribers reduce their energy costs immediately with increasing savings in the long term. CEF is a co-op and users will cooperatively own these projects after an investor flip. All projects require hiring people of color. CEF secures large energy users to back-up defaulting subscribers, reducing risk and creating access for low-income families.
