1 GW of local solar projects before 2020 due to scalable, replicable, sustainable, and innovative business and financial models without new legislation
Design and deploy scalable local solar projects/programs (25-5,000 kW) in 18 months with customer bases consisting of at least 20% Low and Moderate Income (LMI) or 60% non-profit.
Seed prizes $2M ($20-50k each + 20% LMI bonus)
